崗位職責(zé)：
·1、Purchase application and Budget control for department’s monthly expenses · Make annual plan and cascade budgets to each line · Monitor monthly consumption and track AOP tightly · Maintain a safety inventory for production needed
·2、Handle productivity and quality improvement projects · Summarize all ideas about productivity and follow up the progress · Work with engineering to modify and optimize production line · Seek solutions to improve raw material efficiency and solve quality problem · Packing Star world and good practice of Milling operation · AIB; 5S and AM · Quarterly Line audit both for milling and packaging
·3、Training system develop · Make annual master training schedule · Documentary and SOP system · Maintain training record system · New technical training · Certification of new and exchange position
·4、Process craft ; parameter and operational method improvement · Optimize process control · Online test to seek the standard parameter setting · Share the good practice between plants and lines
·5、Support R&D to develop new products for online trial
